Zacatecas, Zack, July 1, 2023. – In institutional collaboration, the governments of Mexico and Zacatecas have joined forces to unfold and promote the advantages of LGMHCTI among the many scientific neighborhood, municipal authorities, and native legislators.
The work was promoted by Governor David Monreal Avila and arranged by a group from the Zacatecan Science, Know-how and Innovation Council, chaired by its Director Normal Hammurabi Gamboa, which concluded with the “CONAHCYT-Cozcyt Dialogue Let’s Discuss About Your Rights. For 4 days, Cozcyt President and Northeast Regional Director of the Nationwide Council for the Humanities and Know-how (CONAHCYT), Alfredo Salazar, held informational conferences, so as to clarify the advantages of the brand new regulation and its goal to ensure the human proper to science, know-how and innovation.
